We process personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights.

Nothing that identifies you. We run no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising tools, and we set no cookies of our own anywhere on this site.

Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., keeps standard server logs that include IP addresses, timestamps and the pages requested. Those logs exist to keep the site running and to detect abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The booking page loads an appointment scheduling calendar from Google. It is the only content on this site served from another company, and it appears on that page alone.

When you book, you give Google the following:

• Your name and email address
• Your time zone and the slot you pick
• Anything you write in the booking form

That booking creates an event in our Google Calendar and generates a Google Meet link, which we use to hold the call. We use these details for one thing only: to talk to you about working together. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your data with anyone.

The legal basis is your request to take steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Booking is entirely voluntary and you can write to us by email instead.

Google acts as an independent controller for its own purposes. Their handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

We keep your message and your address for as long as it takes to answer you and, if we end up working together, for as long as the relationship and our legal record keeping duties require.

We set none. This site stores nothing on your device, which is why you will not see a cookie banner asking for consent we do not need.

The one exception is the booking page. The embedded Google calendar sets Google cookies when it loads, which are necessary for that calendar to work. If you never open the booking page, no third party cookie is ever set. You can also block third party cookies in your browser: the page will tell you the calendar is not loading and give you a link to open it in a new tab instead.

Google LLC and Vercel Inc. are based in the United States, so using them involves an international transfer. Both rely on the EU to US Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

We use no other processors. There is no CRM, no email marketing platform and no advertising network behind this site.

Booking records and email exchanges are kept while there is a reason to keep them: an ongoing conversation, an active project, or a legal or tax obligation that requires it. When none of that applies, they are deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider and then rotated out.

You can ask us for access to your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, hand it over in a portable format, or stop processing it altogether. Write to mavallini@pyh-ia.com and we will answer within one month.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.

If what we do with data changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Anything that affects you materially will be described here rather than quietly edited in.
